• All teams must provide a judge for this tournament.
  • Judges must attend the judge training and work the whole day of the tournament. They will not see their team compete.
  • Judge registration must also be completed by January 13th.
• Coaches should read the coach checklist and 20 questions.
• State dues must be paid before you can participate in the regional tournament.

• Each team must provide volunteers for this tournament.
• Please note that the award ceremony runs quite late. Hotel rooms may be required for the Friday night before the competition and the Saturday night following the competition. Register for hotel rooms early, they go fast!

• Many teams arrive at the university a couple of days early.
• Teams stay in university housing with coaches.
• Be sure to order pins for trading purposes. Pin trading is a big (huge!) deal at world finals.
• The cost to attend world finals is approximately $1,000 per team member and coach.
