- All teams must provide a judge for the tournament. Judges must attend the judge training and the tournament.
- Coaches should read the coach checklist and 20 questions .
- State dues must be paid before you can participate in the regional tournament!

| Hotel rooms may be required for the Friday night before the competition and the Saturday night following the competition. Register for hotel rooms early, they go fast! |
