Judge Training

Each team is required to provide a judge for the tournament. All judges must attend this training, usually held two weeks before the tournament.

Judges need to register online. Registration instructions are available HERE. If you experience difficulty registering, please contact us!

Date: Saturday, February 11th.
Time: All Day, check-in starts at 9:00 am. Training begins at 9:15 am. Usually ends by 3:00 pm. Arrive at 9:00 for treats and check-in.

Spontaneous Day

Our regional spontaneous day is on January 8th. You can register for spont day here.

Orientation Meetings

Orientation meetings can be scheduled any time during the year, though the most common times are in the spring before summer break and in the fall right when school starts. Orientations provide an overview of the program and tips on forming teams and are suitable for parents, students, and coaches. We will be happy to hold an orientation at your school. Coach Trainings

Coach trainings are generally scheduled in September and October. They are intended for both new and experienced coaches. They cover details of the program and allow time for coaches to ask questions of the regional staff. Most of these are scheduled and discussed on the Yahoo Group. Advanced Coach Trainings
